is Forest? |
Ever since
a young age I have been devoted and fascinated by health and
the human
body, It is only natural that after dabbling in many of the medical
fields and not having gone to medical school that massage therapy
fell into my lap in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Having a degree
in biological sciences and post-graduate credits in Anatomy and
Physiology, I feel well-versed how we function, move and the
lay of the muscles and bones. I currently I a certified and insured
massage professional. I graduated from the school of Shiatsu
and
Massage in CA in the Fall of 1998. I am also a
Reiki Level Three Practitioner also as known as a Reiki Master
and have been involved
in this healing art since 1999.
I have lived and operated this
business in Jackson Hole since April of 1999 and have seen
and
assisted literally thousands of clients. I consider myself
an intuitive therapist whose job it is to coach people to optimal
health and
peak performance. I do this through Reiki healing, massage
therapy
and the liquid whole food nutrition. My mission is to provide
affordable healing massage and wellness for all.
When I am
not working, I
adore my outdoor surroundings, be it skiing in the Tetons,
kayaking on Granite Creek, Snake or Hoback Rivers or mountain
biking
around the valley. I am also a member of the Cosmic
Apple Garden; a
community supported agriculture site located in Victor,
ID who provides 200
local families with biodynamic organically grown produce.
I have been a volunteer at the St John’s Living Center
where I do geriatric massage and sing. I am also a member of
the Junior
Chamber
of Commerce, a service organization and Teton toastmasters,
a
speaking club. |
